We are offering homemade Japanese sweets in Chigasaki city,  Kanagawa.

Location:

Our class room is located  around 10 minutes by foot from Chigasaki Station.

Exact location and detailed directions will be given in your booking confirmation e-mail. 

 

Lesson contents:

Short experience class 

pieces Wagashi  cooking
a cup of Matcha green tea making
Wagashi and Matcha lecture(with simple English)

 

In this class you will make Nerikiri Wagashi, a traditional sweets that are served during Matcha Tea Ceremony. We are offering seasonal sweets every season. 



Lesson fee 5000 Yen (including a plastic container to go and tax)
Time required 1.5 hours (depends on the content)

Participant's age:

 10 years and over (Children under 10 must be accompanied by a parent or other legally responsible person.)

Class minimum / maximum number:

 2-6 person per each class

What you bring:

 apron, towel and lesson fee (We prepare aprons for tourists.)

Application:

Input the necessary items on the Application form.

and input either short experience class or English standard class

 We send email on the day or the next day.

Payment method:

 Only a cash payment is available.
Please pay the fee at the class room.

Cancellation policy:

 If you happen to cancel our class,please email as soon as possible.

 2 day before the class...cancel fee is free.
1 day before the class...50% fee.
Cancellation on the day...100% fee
Since we prepare the ingredients for you,cancellation on the day is required 100% fee.
